Ruapehu Hunting Lodge with it's rustic charm and panoramic views of Mount Ruapehu and the wilderness area of the Tongariro National Park is perfectly situated for a comfortable stay while focussing on some serious trophy hunting or exploring some of the many local attractions and activities. LAHAR LODGE (log cabin)

Lahar Lodge is a genuine mountain log cabin, complementing it's native bush surroundings with panoramic views of the Central Plateau and the Tongariro National Park. Made from mature douglas fir logs the lodge is warm, quiet and extremely comfortable. This unique lodge is ideal for couples, small families or groups who are keen on experienceing some very special time together. As with the Ruapehu Hunting Lodge, there's awesome hunting and fishing within a short walking distance and lots of attractions and activities to experience nearby.
